When a server, RAID array or NAS goes down, every hour counts. We recover business-critical data in-house — RAID, SAN, virtual and physical servers, VMs and databases — with a dedicated contact, NDAs and invoicing as standard, and your data never leaving the UK.
RAID, NAS, SAN, servers, VMs and databases recovered by our own engineers. Priority on business-critical jobs, a single point of contact, with NDAs and invoicing as standard.
From a single failed server to a multi-disk array or a virtualised environment — recovered in-house, never outsourced.
All levels — 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 — on SATA, SAS or SCSI, even with multiple failed disks.
Synology, QNAP, WD and others, across Btrfs, ext4, ZFS and SHR file systems.
Storage area networks and enterprise volumes, reconstructed from imaged members.
Windows and Linux servers, plus VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines.
SQL Server, Oracle and Exchange — repaired and recovered, not just copied.
Recovery from ransomware-hit servers and encrypted volumes where possible.
Dedicated pages: RAID · NAS · SAN · Servers · Virtual machines · Databases · Ransomware.

More on how we handle your data: Data security & confidentiality.
We make it easy to work with us as a business. We can invoice your company and accept purchase orders, with 30-day terms available for established accounts. For physical, DVR and forensic recoveries we take a 50% deposit toward donor parts and bench time, with the balance due on successful recovery. Everything is agreed in writing before we begin, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
We recover data for organisations of every size, including compliance-heavy sectors. Whatever your sector, the work stays in-house, confidential and in the UK — with NDAs and a documented chain of custody where you need them.

Take the drives out, label each with its bay or slot order, and send the disks only — not the enclosure, controller or chassis. We image each drive read-only and rebuild the array virtually, so nothing is written to your data.
No — we don't offer on-site recovery or collection. Recoveries are carried out in our own facility for security and the best chance of success. You can drop drives off by appointment, or send them in fully insured by a tracked service.
