Free diagnostics of your hard drive

When we have received the drive our engineer will once again check it over and contact you to offer a full and comprehensive diagnosis. They will discuss the quotation with you again but there is no obligation to continue with the process if you have changed your mind. We will never proceed without your say so and our engineer will be happy to explain the next step in the process should you wish to proceed

How we recover your data

It normally takes 2-3 days to recover the data from a faulty drive and when it has been securely stored to our servers the engineer will contact you by telephone to explain what has been done. At the same time you will also receive an email detailing the exact nature of the recovery’s contents including screenshots and a full directory listing. If you are happy with this we ask that you verify the data and make full payment so that we can arrange for a physical copy of the backup can be sent out to you via next day courier.

How you get back the data

Having verified your data and paid for its recovery we arrange for it to be returned to you by next day courier. We accept all major credit and debit cards and do not charge for their use. We accept also cheques and bank transfer. When full payment has been receive we will organise the return of your data by courier to your place of work or home; there are no extra or hidden charges; our engineer has already quoted you a price including the return delivery of your data.
